San Ramon Real Estate Market Displays Varying Activity Levels

San Ramon Real Estate Market particularly the Bollinger Hills neighborhood showed strong activity in the last six months, with eight closed sales and one pending. It appears that this year’s sales turn out for this season is a lot higher compared to three closed sales during the same time period last year. There are two homes actively listed in the Bollinger Hills neighborhood. The average price of the listings is $709,000 which equals $267 per square foot.

These homes have been available on the market for 54 and 40 days, respectively. None of them is a distressed property (short sale or REO).

While there are two actively listed homes in this neighborhood, there is one pending sale which has been on the market for six days. This property located on Paddock Drive is a short sale.
